To clear the cache in Google Chrome, you need to go through the tabs:
Mac: More Tools - Developer Tools
Windows: Advanced Tools - Developer Tools, then hold down the mouse button on the page reload button until clear cache and reload appears
In order not to lose your settings, you can try to do this using another browser, for example, install Firefox https://www.mozilla.org/en/firefox/new/
